The YPO 2019-2020 year is governed internationally by: 1) the theme of “Celebrating our YPO Spirit and Community” 2) YPO 3.0 strategy directing us to “Be Even More Relevant” / “Be Even More Extraordinary” / “Be Even More Prominent” “Be Even More Impactful” And, to do so requires each of us to avail ourselves of the learning and networking opportunities available to us via the learning calendar. We are busy; almost everything we do is being impacted by something that is demanding change in the way we interact with what was safe, known and proven. Therefore, the opportunity is prime for us to embrace the unknown through education and learning. Each of us have a responsibility to make a difference but we are not left alone to do so. Come let’s learn, grow and change together; we will continue to be the extraordinary leaders who leave what we met better than we met it.

The world is becoming more Globalized and companies need to adapt to the markets at an increasing rate. The YPO network is a fantastic way to stay on the cutting edge of Business. In keeping with our chapters vision of becoming more connected and exposed to the wider YPO organization, the Learning program this year will focus on joint events with Regional Chapters. In doing so we hope to increase business and friend network of our Chapter.
To complement this international drive, we will also focus on the Local Experience of our Gold members with an expanded Gold Speakers Series. This gives the younger and secondary YPO members the chance to hear the stories and experiences of the Generation that helped form Bahamas into the country it is today.

Welcome to another year where our organization will continue to build on the work of prior leadership teams to deliver you value added educational content. The goal of YPO is to enable us all to become better leaders by sharing ideas openly and in a confidential environment of mutual trust. While its ethos is a business organization, YPO in 2019 encourages us to focus equally on improving our business, family and personal well-being.
